We are based in Land O' Lakes, Florida, and we work with owner-run businesses across Tampa Bay who want marketing they can understand and see working.
Why we started
Before Elo Media, we spent years doing marketing for businesses much like the ones we serve now. The pattern we kept seeing was the same: an owner paying a monthly fee to a company they never spoke to, receiving reports they could not read, and unsure whether any of it was bringing in customers. The work was often fine. The relationship was not.
So we started an agency small enough that the person you talk to on the first call is the person who plans your campaigns, writes your posts, and answers the phone when something needs changing. Family-owned means the name on the door is ours, and the reputation we are building in Tampa Bay depends on your results.
What we believe
- Listening comes first. Every engagement starts with understanding where you are, who your customers are, and what success would look like for you, not with a package.
- Your voice, not ours. Marketing that sounds like a template gets ignored. We learn how you talk to customers and write that way.
- Plain numbers. Calls, messages, bookings, and what each one cost. If a report needs decoding, it is not a report.
- Say no when it is right. If a service will not move the needle for your business, we will tell you, even when that means a smaller project for us.
Where we work
Our home base is Land O' Lakes in Pasco County, and most of our clients are across the Tampa Bay area: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Lutz, Odessa, Wesley Chapel, and the communities between. Being local matters for content creation, because we like to photograph and film on site, and for Google Business Profile work, where knowing the neighborhoods helps. Paid advertising, social media management, and website design work well remotely, and we are glad to talk with owner-run businesses anywhere in Florida.
Who we work with
Restaurants, cafés, and bars. Home-service contractors: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, cleaning, and remodeling. Boutiques and specialty retail. Salons, spas, and fitness studios. Medical, dental, and wellness practices. What they have in common is an owner who is close to the work and wants a marketing partner who is equally close to theirs.
What we do
Six services, usually combined two or three at a time: paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Google; social media management; content creation; website design; Google Business Profile setup and optimization; and Google Ads and analytics. Every plan begins with a written quote and a clear statement of what we expect to happen in the first ninety days.
