Who we are
Elo Media is a family-owned marketing agency based in Land O' Lakes, Florida, serving businesses across Tampa Bay. In this policy, "Elo Media," "we," and "us" refer to Elo Media and the website at elomediaco.com. You can reach us at hello@elomediaco.com or (813) 494-5939.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you write to us through the site, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you choose to send.
- Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit a form on one of our ads, Meta shares the answers with us. That usually means your name, email address, phone number, and business or firm name, plus anything else you enter.
- Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can respond and follow up.
- Website usage data. Our site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and follow up about the free marketing review or other services you asked about.
- To provide, schedule, and manage the services you hire us for.
- To understand how people find and use our site, and to measure and improve our own advertising.
- To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use lead form answers for anything unrelated to your request.
Cookies and advertising tools
Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. You can limit this through your browser settings, Google's opt-out tool, or your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website hosting provider, email and scheduling tools, and analytics and advertising platforms (Google and Meta). They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as it is needed to respond to you and to maintain our client relationships, and then delete it or remove identifying details. Client records are kept as long as our business, tax, and legal obligations require.
Security
Our site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to lead and client information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@elomediaco.com and we will respond promptly.
Children
Our services are for businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
