Accessibility Statement

A website everyone can use.

We want every business owner who visits Elo Media to be able to read, navigate, and contact us without barriers. Last updated October 5, 2026.

Our goal

Elo Media, a registered fictitious name of Rozon LLC, aims for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or voice control.

What we have done

  • Structure: pages use clear headings, landmarks, and labeled navigation so assistive technology can move through them in a logical order.
  • Keyboard access: every link, button, and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link at the top of each page.
  • Readable text: body text and buttons are written in plain language and use color combinations chosen for contrast.
  • Images: meaningful images have text alternatives, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
  • Forms: every contact form field has a visible label, and required fields are marked.
  • Motion: animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
  • Zoom: pages adapt to small screens and stay usable when text is enlarged.

We check pages with automated tools such as Google Lighthouse and by hand with a keyboard before we publish them.

Known limits

Some parts of the site come from other companies and are outside our direct control:

  • The chat window and booking calendars are provided by our customer messaging platform.
  • Our pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor follow those platforms' own accessibility practices.

If any of these get in your way, contact us and we will help you another way, by phone, email, or text.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this website is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply within two business days and work on a fix.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is part of how we build and update every page. We review this statement whenever the website changes in a significant way. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
